Overview

Spreadsheet Import Tool

Situation: The client wanted a way to import data from a spreadsheet into their online platform database that was clean and user-friendly for all.

Site Deployed: To be deployed 2023.

Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Google suite.

Personal Involvement:

On this project, I assisted the UX/IA strategist with their vision. Designed assets for the email alerts and forms sent to customers. Did clean up of buttons and simplified the pages for an easier cognitive load. Made sure consistency was kept throughout the pages by looking for small details to order and fix. Found a clean and understandable way to present data from spreadsheets to the users.

Designing a simplified Onboarding Process

The UX/IA strategist gave me their insights on how they thought this operation could be improved after research and surveys. I enacted their vision by setting up the pages’ icons, buttons, and process chains in a clean and organized manner. Edited their changes to the design and cleaned up the back process for the application. Maintained consistency throughout the design. Created a hierarchy for the buttons and for uploading data to the application.

Showcasing Spreadsheet data on the Platform

Worked closely with the UX/IA Stratgist and implimented a new way to see the important spreadsheet on the client’s platform. Used red to indicate errors and duplicates on the form.

Conclusion

This application will be launched 2023. Client has NDA and can only show parts of this design currently.
